Price & Payment Questions
1. What does "MAP" mean?
M.A.P (or MAP) stands for "minimum advertised price" and is a policy that many manufacturers of products put into place. MAP pricing means that an authorized dealer or reseller (which is a company authorized by the manufacturer to represent the product) is not allowed to publicly display pricing below MAP. You may find when you conduct internet searches that many companies will price the product at exactly the same price point. This can be the result of MAP pricing policies. You should also think carefully about buying a product from a company that is publicly displaying pricing below MAP, which typically means pricing publicly below the lions share of other companies selling the same product. When a seller publicly display pricing below MAP pricing then the seller is in violation of MAP pricing policies and may eventually lose dealer status.
2. Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?

3. Do you work with tax exempt organizations?
Yes, we do a considerable amount of work with tax exempt organizations, such as schools, universities, churches, libraries, museums and government agencies. If you are a tax exempt organization and would like to receive exemption on sales tax, then we will need to collect your tax exempt certificate and can then indicate your status within GoKnight.com as tax exempt. 4. Do you accept POs (purchase order numbers)?
Yes, we do accept Purchase Orders from most institutional buyers (schools, churches, universities, government agencies). Our webstore does not currently process PO numbers as a form of payment, so you will need to contact us by phone, email or fax to process your order with a PO#.
5. What forms of payment do you accept?
Customers can remit payment on GoKnight.com via PayPal and most major credit cards. If you are an institutional customer and would like to remit payment by PO or check, then please contact us.
